In his addresses to the nation on many issues including Covid-19, President Chakwera always speaks in English first and at length and then briefly in Chichewa. Yet, these messages are mainly targeted at the rural masses many of whom are illiterate and speak in Chichewa. This meme highlights that contradiction.
